What kind of information do you need to provide a quote?
It would be great to have 3D file (.igs or .stp format) and CMF document (PPT or PDF that clarifies on Color, Material, Finish for each part) so we can better understand the needs to provide cost and lead time estimate. If urgent need, already feel free to touch base with us with all possible information on the request, we’ll help out.

How shall I provide files to Image?
The simplest way is to attach the file within email. If there’s a secured cloud space from your company, please feel free to enroll Image for download. If the file is too large (over 20mb) and can’t attach in email, feel free to ask us to create an account for you on Image cloud system for uploading and downloading.

How do I know how the model-making process goes?
We have dedicated sales representatives and program manager to take care your project from the very beginning to product finished. During the progress, we will keep you updated on the model status by photo, video, PPT QA feedback, etc.. We care on every model details and you can rest assured to work remotely with Image.

What color and finish option can I use as the reference?
Any international color and finish system work for us. Brand such as Pantone, RAL, MT or VDI texture can be the platform for communication. If there’s any physical samples will be provided, we can make the models per the color and finish as needed.

How do you keep our project confidential and non-disclosed?
Image is certificated by ISO 27001 Information Security Management System in whole facility. All project data have encrypted protection and we have standard operation process to keep your products and data secure in Image. Please feel free to send us NDA to sign with before project start.

If the model is received damaged, how do I do?
Please contact Image immediately and our sales representative will handle the case at the soonest. Before sending the model back for repair, if possible, please take photos and send back to us so we can evaluate the situation and trouble shoot the root cause here. This is an unfortunate situation and Image will help to resolve ASAP.

How do you charge for the shipping cost?
Basically the Quotation is shipping included. If the model is larger size and the shipping carton exceeds size of 57 x 50 x 39cm, we will then charge an extra cost of shipping.
